Job Description

At Precision BioSciences we’re pioneering the next generation of healthcare with ARCUS gene editing to develop innovative medicines that overcome cancer and cure rare and hard-to-treat genetic diseases. From the beginning, we’ve been a team of pioneers, innovators, high achievers, and doers. We knew we found something special with our ARCUS® gene editing technology, and that we would use it to forever change lives for the better. That’s why our mission is Dedicated to Improving Life. Today, we’re a clinical stage biotechnology company developing a world-class ARCUS-based product pipeline with early-stage allogeneic CAR T candidates for blood cancers and in vivo candidates for Duchenne muscular dystrophy, familial hypercholesteremia, and transthyretin amyloidosis among others. If you share in our mission, we’re looking for the next Precisioneer to join our growing company.

The Manager, Internal Communications role calls for a seasoned, internal communications professional capable of working with a fast-paced group and whose strengths help create an engaged and excited internal community, unite our teams around a shared culture and mission, and create good will and advocacy for our organization. Our optimal internal communications program should be dynamic and consider if, how, and when we use (or create new) communication channels and engagements such as those available online, in static format, and/or in-person, as conditions permit.

In this role, the incumbent will be a hands-on contributor capable of working cross-functionally across the entire organization. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, proactive and thoughtful contributions that challenge the status quo, and flexibility are must-have traits to be successful. We’re building something unique here at Precision. If this sounds like you, and you also enjoy origami and making BBQ pork belly dumplings to celebrate the Chinese New Year or like attending virtual meet-ups to learn about the cultures and people around us or simply know you can add something new and different to our company, please apply now.

**Please note, Precision BioSciences mandates COVID-19 vaccination of all employees. Accommodations may be made in accordance with applicable law.
