Job Description

CasTag is a life science company in Durham, NC that has developed a breakthrough universal CRISPR Knock-In vector system that enables high-throughput gene functional studies for biological research. We will revolutionize protein analysis by becoming the first company to generate genome-scale CRISPR Knock-In arrayed libraries of research reagents that can rapidly enable a variety of experiments.

Internship Activities*
CasTag is looking for a qualified intern to assist with activities related to the growth of our company in the form of customer outreach, identifying go-to-market strategy in new segments, evaluating new in-licensing opportunities, and fundraising strategy. The intern will work closely with the VP of Business Operations to shadow and help facilitate the execution of our commercial strategy.

This internship requires a commitment of 20 hours per week over 12 weeks, and is available starting in June.

This internship is supported in part by a grant from the North Carolina Biotechnology Center through the Industrial Internship Program.

Job Requirements

Graduate Program in Biological Sciences or MBA Candidate with Bachelor's in Biological Sciences with relevant research experience
