Job Description


A great way to enter the biopharmaceutical industry! This is a three month contract with potential to be considered for extension or permanent opportunities in our manufacturing, quality, operations or product development departments in the future. This position will strictly be night shift (11:00 pm - 7:00 am). Manufacturing is a 24 hour operation. The ideal candidate is willing to work strictly night shift and wiling to work on both weekday nights and weekend nights.

The ideal candidate is professional, customer service oriented and understands confidentiality requirements. This candidate should have a college diploma or equivalent; or pursuing a bachelor’s degree. 

This position is responsible for escorting our Clients when they come onsite and want to see their process running in Manufacturing.  


MAJOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Be customer service oriented and follow gowning and safety procedures.
Be flexible and a good communicator
Comply with standard record keeping/maintain highly confidential files
Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner as necessary
Receive and interact with incoming visitors
Partner harmoniously with many levels within the organization

This position will require access to technical data, technology and source code that is controlled under U.S. export laws and regulations, including but not limited to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations at 22 C.F.R. Parts 120 – 130 and Export Administration Regulations in 15 C.F.R. Part 730 – 774, as may be amended. To conform to these laws and regulations, applicants must be U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents of the U.S., protected individuals as defined by 8 USC 1324(b)(a)(3) (i.e., asylees and refugees) or otherwise eligible for an export authorization from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
