This is a 1099 contract position. This position is not eligible to participate in the PharmaSys Employee Benefits plan.
PharmaSys is a compliance consulting company for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device industries. We are currently seeking 1-3 short term contractors based in the RTP, NC area.
Responsibilities (including, but not limited to the following)
Perform PQ validation services at the client facility. More specifically, perform PQ execution and development test reports for controlled temperature units including freezers, refrigerators, stability chambers, incubators, and autoclaves, as well as process inactivation waste systems and welders/sealers in support of the repurpose and upfitting of an existing manufacturing area for a dedicated product.
You will use a Kaye Validator (or similar equipment) and data loggers for temperature mapping of various types of controlled temperature units.
As a representative of PharmaSys, you are responsible for exhibiting professional behavior with both internal and external business associates that reflects positively on the company and is consistent with the company’s policies and practices.
This contract position is expected to last approximately 10 weeks and scheduled to begin by the end of October. Contract may lead to regular, full-time position based on PharmaSys staffing needs at the end of this project.
*BS degree or above is required. Concentration in Engineering, Physics or Computer Science is preferred.
*Relevant cGMP metrology, validation, or process engineering experience preferred
*Detail oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
*Professional demeanor; able to interact with clients as required
*Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.
*Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
*Experience with temperature mapping activities and related equipment is a MUST
