The Technologist Customer Service Representative helps customers get the most value from MEDTOX Diagnostics' urine toxicology drugs-of-abuse test products. They do so by applying technical understanding of the physics and chemistry which make our tests work to help customers choose the right MEDTOX products, use those products effectively, understand test results, and use test results appropriately.
Responsibilities of the Technologist Customer Service Representative include:
Answering customers' questions about product characteristics and product performance
Documenting customers' product-related questions and issues
Obtaining information from customers to assist in technical investigation of reported issues
Conducting technical investigations of reported issues concerning product performance
Communicating investigation results to customers
Providing written and verbal support to assist Sales staff in meeting customer needs
Identifying trends in product performance as perceived by customers, and driving appropriate organizational response to those trends
License/Certification/Education: This position requires a four-year degree in biological or physical science.
