Job Description


Master’s or PhD level Biologist / Biochemist with a passion for chromatin science and drive to grow the sales of EpiCypher’s highly innovative technologies and services.

Founded in 2012, EpiCypher® is Bringing Epigenetics to Life to help researchers find cures for some of the most challenging diseases. To this end we develop transformative technologies / unique products / complete service solutions for epigenetics and chromatin biology research. This includes fully defined semi-synthetic nucleosomes (to recapitulate the physiological target of chromatin interacting proteins); EpiDyne® nucleosome remodeling substrates; and the SNAP-ChIP® platform that is revolutionizing Chromatin ImmunoPrecipitation (Shah et al, 2018, Mol Cell 72:162).

Job Requirements


Candidate will be responsible for providing technical sale support to drive growth of EpiCypher’s diverse products and services catalog.

Primary responsibility will be providing customer-facing technical sales support to drive growth of EpiCypher’s diverse catalog products and services.

Demonstrate technical credibility in consultations with customers on technical support questions, product applications and service project/assay designs.

Act as a technical liaison between external customers, KOLs, collaborators and partners and internal R&D services and manufacturing teams.

Develop and present product training presentations for customers and global distributors.

Deliver technical talks highlighting key value propositions in person, through webinars, video posts and at conferences and tradeshows.

Work with product management, R&D, marketing and field sales to develop and execute sales strategy and tactics.
Partner closely with Sales Executives to generate, qualify, quote and close sales opportunities.
