MedPharm Ltd is an innovation-driven pharmaceutical development company committed to the identification, creation and development of unique therapeutic systems for topical use, specializing in drug delivery.

As a growing business, the company recently built laboratories in Research Triangle Park (RTP), NC that are focused on performance testing (skin penetration and IVRT) and tissue biology.

We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team based at our new facility in RTP to meet and exceed client expectations through customer facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface between the resourcing and lab groups.
• Coordinate and participate in program and project kick-off meetings.
• Meeting revenue goals through managing end to end project execution and add-on project enhancements.
• Understanding the Client’s goals, priorities, resources, and risk profile for each development project throughout the program’s life cycle
• Build and preserve confidence, trust, and shared accountability between the company and each client.
• Adhere to MedPharm’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) and guidance documents, where applicable.
• Utilize tools including program and project Gannt charts to monitor each program, tracking program success across all individual projects, holding internal and external teams accountable for responsibilities and deliverable.

Job Requirements

• Scientific degree (BS, MS, or PhD)
• Broad scientific knowledge, especially of the drug development process
• Ability to work flexibly and deliver results in a busy environment
• Outstanding organizational skills demonstrated by the ability to set and manage multiple priorities
• Ability to foster internal communication across MedPharm teams to facilitate communication with the customer
• Knowledgeable of Project Management best practices and electronic systems used such as MS Project.
