Job Description


The Electronics Technician will focus on testing next generation drug delivery devices. This is a collaborative role in which the Electronics Technician will work closely with a cross-functional new product development (NPD) team, the engineering team, and an Electrical Test Engineer. The Electronics Technician is expected to aid in the maintenance, repair, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical and electronic systems.

You must be authorized to work in the USA to be considered for this position. Either a US citizen or possession of a valid permanent resident card is preferred.


The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, inquisitive, and have a desire to make a difference in the lives of healthcare patients. The position will require the Electronics Technician to be creative and a quick learner while working in a fast pace environment. Specifically, the Electronics Technician is expected to:

Work closely with NPD and Electrical Test Engineers to perform electrical and mechanical testing of products including production, prototypes, and capacity expansion samples of electrical circuit boards, piezoelectric transducer vaporizers, and electrical modules.
Assemble, test, and maintain circuitry or electronic components per engineering instructions, technical manuals, and knowledge of electronics.
Work on identify and resolving equipment and medical device malfunctions.
Evaluate proposals for sound electrical engineering practice and conformance with established safety and code compliance.
Adjust and replace defective or improperly functioning circuitry and electronic components.
Work with the Electrical Test Engineer on automating laboratory testing including mass injection and reliability testing
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements


Associates Degree in Mechatronics or an electrical related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in automation, electronic circuits, laser welding, or electromechanical devices.
