Job Description

Our client, a Raleigh-based company that develops and markets top-of-the-line luxury healthcare products, is actively recruiting for a top-notch Executive Assistant to join its team. This is a dynamic, fast-paced and entrepreneurial setting and the administrative challenges are broad and important. Right candidate will be exceptionally skilled and versatile.

This hybrid role involves Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant and Office Management tasks.
• The priority function will be providing impeccable and available support to a very busy CEO. We need a seasoned and knowing Executive Assistant.
• This Administrator will also be the office hub. Right candidate will bring the resourcefulness, flexibility, organizational skill, business judgment and “get it done” work style needed to get things done.
• This Administrator will sometimes be the face and voice of the company. Seek candidate who brings the poise, professionalism and diplomacy needed to represent a luxury brand.

Specific responsibilities will include:
Executive Assistance – This Administrator will report to the CEO and provide broad-based support including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reporting, presentation prep, etc. Role will also involve providing support to other Directors and/or board members.
Office Management – This Administrator will be the go-to person for all office support functions including meeting planning, filing system management, equipment upkeep, document production, database management, supplies, etc.
Personal Assistant – This Administrator will manage the CEOs schedule and ensure that both personal and business obligations are coordinated. Other PA tasks may include coordinating civic engagements, deliveries, etc.
Communications – This Administrator will regularly liaise with a broad constituency including investors, media, landlords, vendors, etc. Social media savvy and exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written) will be essential.
Projects – This Administrator will be involved in numerous ad hoc projects that involve managing the business including reporting, research, analysis, vendor selection, presentations, etc. Top-notch project management skills will be important

We seek a proven and proactive point-person -- one with the demonstrated ability to successfully juggle a large, evolving and sometimes conflicting workload.

Targeted candidate will offer a BA/BS degree and 10+ years in broad-based office roles, including 5+ years supporting a CEO in a high expectations setting. Superb organizational and business writing skills, advanced technology skills (MS Office Suite) and impeccable attention to detail are expected and essential.
