Job Description
VeraSci is located in Durham, NC and specializes in enabling clinical trials research through advanced technologies and neurocognitive measurement. We combine innovative science and technology to advance and improve the clinical trials process for many leading pharmaceutical companies.
We are recruiting for full-time Administrative Assistants who will support various departments throughout the company.
Candidates should have between 3-5 years of solid business office administration experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent is preferred. We are seeking candidates who possess excellent time management, strong communication and organizational skills, the ability to multitask, a high attention to detail along with intermediate computer proficiency (word, excel and powerpoint).
Duties may include but not be limited to: providing operational reporting of programs and staff, reviewing employee training files and records, supporting quality assurance department policies and procedures, answering phones, shipping devices and materials for study specific needs, printing and electronically filing study tests, managing inventory of study materials and responding to materials requests, and general Director-level office administration support.
Those with a professional demeanor, maturity and a strong work ethic should apply!
