Customer Service Representative II / III

Experienced Customer Service Representative sought to drive customer order fulfillment for a rapidly growing biotechnology company.
Candidate will be directly responsible for responding to customer inquiries by telephone, fax or e-mail.
Responsible for product order initiation (national and international), creation of order fulfillment documentation (e.g. commercial invoices, packing slips, MSDS, shipping waybills).
Provide non-technical problem resolution to customer order inquiries.
Interact with the manufacturing group regarding product availability and inventory.
Some general office administrative responsibilities will be included as well.
High school diploma with some college or technical school training required.
Must be proficient with MS Word, Excel, email and online shipping tools (Fedex, DHL).
Prior experience (3 to 5 years) in a customer service and order fulfillment role is essential.
Proficiency with CRM systems strongly desired.
Experience with bookkeeping software (e.g. Quickbooks) a plus.
Ability to multitask several projects and drive toward specific goals under minimal supervision.
Ability to consistently meet deadlines required.
Excellent communication and organizational skills required, and candidate must be adept at problem solving.
Candidate must be self-motivated and work equally well as an individual and as part of a team.
