Business Process Analyst - Agronomy/Biotech

Have a proven track record of success in program or process management and knowledgeable about the plant breeding process? Our biotech client is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join them at their office in RTP. In this role, you will serve as the key point for coordination and planning of design, implementation and continuous improvement activities across Seeds Product Development for the business process ownership committees and networks.

Responsibilities of the Business Process Analyst:
Facilitate sustainable management of the Business Process Owner Committee (BPOC) and establish structured networking principles by being the network lead.
Oversee the alignment, streamlining and tracking of implementation activities within the scope of the respective Business Process Ownership Committee (BPOC); providing leadership, coordination and management of such activities.
Partner with process owners, leads, stewards and related departments in the development, documentation, implementation, adherence, and continuous improvement of the standardized business processes.
Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of subordinate processes for the relevant business function.
Leverage company change strategies in driving the BPOC’s implementation of new processes and tools; provide coaching or tools to the key project leaders to explain change management issues and shape organizational solutions.
Partner with key implementation drivers, stakeholders and supporting functions through regular communication, tracking and toolsets or templates; including project plans, reporting, gap assessment, and risk tracking.
Requirements of the Business Process Analyst:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent experience preferred.
3-5+ years of experience with project or process management.
A solid understanding of the plant breeding processes.
Experience implementing or supporting a transformational change effort.
Experience working virtually with business processes and teams across business units and geographical locations.
Strong project, program and portfolio management skills.
Solid change management and communications skills.
Project Management Professional/ Managing Successful Programmes Certified or in process.
Operational excellence and process management or equivalent preferred.
