bioMASON is seeking a Laboratory Manager. This is a Fulltime Associate position, responsible for general laboratory oversight including the development and enforcement of internal Good Lab Practices. Activities include the experimental coordination, standardization of documentation, experimental data management, resource and inventory management, and vendor coordination. This position reports to the Chief Technology Officer.
Bachelor Degree or higher in a field of scientific study.
Minimum 2years professional work experience in commercial laboratories.
Responsibilities, Tasks and Outcomes:
Laboratory organization, oversight, and coordination.
Standard Operating Procedure development, policy enforcement, standards compliance.
Data and records standardization and management.
Inventory management, internal supply requests, and vendor coordination.
Coordination of analytical equipment maintenance and calibration.
Performing other duties assigned by your supervisor
Required Skills and Interests:
Proven experience in professional lab management.
Experience in GLP / cGMP / Lab Standards.
Technical writing skills.
Technical understanding of analytical equipment operation, calibration, and maintenance.
Highly organized, attention to detail, effective communication.
Ability to work on small team under tight deadlines
