Precise Bio, a US based company, is looking for experienced and a motivated and innovative candidates for the position of Cell Biology Scientist.

Primary Job Function:

• Be a leader in a multidisciplinary team of scientists.
• Manage a complex project with many interfaces with sub contractors and consultants.
• Apply and develop techniques of cell and molecular biology, biomaterials and tissue engineering to support the company’s bio-printer development.
• Apply and develop techniques for maintaining and functional testing of 3D printed tissues.
• Develop future developments to improve product performance capabilities.

Job Requirements

Experience / Training Required:

• PhD MD or equivalent degree in cell/molecular biology.
• Experience as an assistant/associate professor in academia and/or industry equivalent.
• Experience in leading a team of scientists in an R&D projects.
• Industry experience is an advantage.
• Good knowledge and research experience in cell and molecular biology, biomaterials and tissue engineering.
• Specific experience growing multiple types of mammalian cells (iPSC and embryonic SC an advantage) and combination of cells and biomaterials.
• Experience with imaging techniques
• Experience with bioreactors and microfluidic systems is an advantage
• Experience with cardiovascular cell biology is an advantage
