Position Summary:

Manage Case Processing staff and operational processes for one or more assigned client teams. Ensure
team compliance with our operating procedures (SOPs) and working practices (WPs). Collect
and analyze resource utilization data to ensure appropriate numbers of staff and staff assignments. Ensure
staff development through appropriate training and regular evaluation and feedback. Analyze operational
processes and develop tactics to maximize operational efficiency. This position may require a range of
client support activities including communication, training, and audit preparation.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a science or healthcare related field (pharmacy or nursing strongly preferred) with a
minimum of four years relevant industry experience or a combination of relevant education and experience.

A minimum of two years Case Processing experience and a minimum of 1 year of personnel management
experience strongly preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

A comprehensive understanding of all applicable international regulatory requirements and guidelines
surrounding pre and post-approval safety management activities with reporting of adverse event
information.

Demonstrated leadership ability with strong team building and personnel development and
management skills. Ability to work across functions to ensure that business objectives are met.

Resource utilization analysis and planning skills.

Ability to lead and work in an environment of rapidly changing priorities while managing multiple activities and assignments.

Self-motivated with substantial problem solving skills.

Communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.

Maintain client and corporate confidentiality.

Develop SOPs and WPs.

Proficiently utilize MS Office and any other required software.
